Coating / Dispensing System and
New Product Options at Productronica
2011
PVA will be showcasing its line of coating and automated
dispensing equipment, as well as a variety of new options and accessories, at Productronica
2011. While the full PVA product line encompasses selective coating, surface
mount adhesives, automated dispensing, meter mix dispensing, manual dispensing
and custom automation, the equipment demoed at Productronica will focus on
coating and dispensing.
On display at the show will be the newly
designed PVA6000 Coating and Dispensing System, with 3-axis motion and an
FCS300 Stainless Steel Spray Valve. Set-up
to simulate dispensing thermal grease, the PVA6000 will also incorporate a
camera for inspection. Demonstrating PVA's coating capabilities is the PVA650 Selective
Coating/Dispensing System with 4-axis motion, which also features new tools in the software portal as
well as a new diaphragm pump system. A PVA350 Benchtop Coating/Dispensing
System will feature PVA's new coating
inspection camera option that provides UV inspection capability to check for
coated and uncoated areas and is available for all PVA selective coating platforms.
The versatility of its product line is completed
by with the PVA650SMT SMT Dispensing System. Focusing
on applications such as underfill, LED, encapsulation, corner bond, and solder paste dispensing, the PVA650SMT will feature the SVX Auger Valve plus the new VPX100
Volumetric Pump for true volumetric dispensing of low-to-medium viscosity fluids.
All systems are backed by a 24-hour global
service network, including regionally trained technicians for fast response
times.
