PVA Offers New DPCC Fluid Delivery System for Conformal Coatings

To ensure against air bubbles when dispensing solvent based or moisture sensitive conformal coating materials, PVA is launching its new DPCC Fluid Delivery System at Productronica 2011. The system provides smooth, consistent fluid transfer to the applicator valves without excessive air pressure required on the fluid reservoir, thereby preventing bubbles from forming in the coating once applied to a circuit board.

The pump is mainly used for solvent based conformal coatings and integrated with PVA’s airless applicators such as the FC100-CF and FC100-C valves. Pneumatic operation makes for easy integration with PVA coating systems. The DPCC pump and regulators are located in a self-contained enclosure that can mount directly to the coating machine or on a standalone cart for remote placement. For added process control, a heated circulation option is available for viscosity stabilization.

The Diaphragm Pumping Option will be showcased with the PVA650 Selective Coating / Dispensing System at Productronica 2011.
