VPX100 Volumetric Pump for SMT Applications

Debuts at Productronica 2011

PVA is launching its VPX100 Volumetric Pump, a servo controlled volumetric dispense valve for use with SMT applications, at Productronica 2011.

Used for high accuracy applications, the VPX100 Volumetric Pump is ideal for: underfill, thermal grease, epoxy encapsulant, dam & fill and optical bonding.

The high precision (+/- 1%) VPX100 Volumetric Pump features flow rates from 0.004 to 6.0 ml/min and works perfectly with viscosities from 1 to 100,000 cps. As an added feature, the VPX100 is self-sealing, eliminating the dripping of low viscosity fluids. Larger sizes of the valve are available for higher flow rates.

At Productronica, the VPX100 Volumetric Pump will be in action on the PVA650SMT SMT Dispensing System.
