Manual Dispensing / Coating Systems
The CAM100-1LB-1 is a turnkey manual dispensing system, designed with all plastic components, to be used with Cyanoacrylate and Anaerobic adhesives. With an all plastic construction, this system is able to dispense a variety of compatible fluids. This configuration consists of a pressure tank assembly allows an operator to load a small bottle inside as opposed to pouring. The CAM100 valve is an air operated wand style valve which offers a light weight and narrow design making it easy for an operator to articulate and manipulate the dispense nozzle. Controlling this dispense system is accomplished with the ST100 shot timer which comes standard with a foot pedal to trigger the start and stop of material flow, and selectable timed or manually mode. With a sealed system like this, air and moisture are not allowed to contact the fluid so flushing is not necessary. And, cleanup is as simple as removing the dispense nozzle, replacing it with a cap and turning off the pressurized air. Benefits
