		Valves FCM200 Non-Contact Micro Dispensing Valve Use the FCM200 for streaming lines or dispensing dots of low to moderate viscosity underfill, encapsulants, conformal coatings, and lubricants.

The FCM200 Micro Dispensing Valve features reduced flow path volume and enhanced actuation for cleaner line breaks. The FCM200 is suitable for streaming lines or dispensing dots of low to moderate viscosity underfill, encapsulants, conformal coatings, and lubricants. The FCM200 can apply fluids at up to 8mm above the substrate to create a true “non-contact” application. The FCM200 is compatible with all PVA automated platforms.

The FCM200 has many integrated features including:

Interchangeable tip and nozzle retainer designs for various dispensing profiles
Integrated self cleaning nozzle feature
On board syringe bracket with optional low level sensor
Optional valve heating for viscosity control
