Automated Dispensing

The MV600 is a true positive displacement metering valve capable of dispensing deposits of viscous materials in a highly accurate process. The desired deposit volume is determined by adjusting the micrometer stroke adjustment and is not affected by variations in viscosity or material pressure. The MV600 is compatible with all PVA automated platforms.

The MV600 has many integrated features including:

• 0.10 cc to 1.45 cc shot size
• Rod displacement metering cylinder for long seal life
• Reduced fluid volume inside valve for increased repeatability
• High pressure inlet check valve for high viscosity fluids
• Stainless steel fluid section for optimum material compatibility
• Suck back dispense valve acts as outlet check to eliminate stringing
• Micrometer adjustment permits shot size modification
• Dual piston generates high pressure for faster dispense cycles
• 40:1 pressure advantage on metering cylinder
• Optional limit sensors for “ready to dispense” and “dispense complete” feedback
