Utilizing a controlled atomized spray and a non-atomized flow coating process, the system limits conformal coatings to a defined, preprogrammed coverage area.

	PVA650  Selective Coating / Dispensing System The PVA650 is ideal for selective conformal coating and dispensing applications that require a high level of accuracy and repeatability in moderate to high volume manufacturing environments.

Valves

	FCS300-ES  Extended Spray Valve The FCS300-ES Extended Spray Valve provides a repeatable, concentrated coating film in a fine, circular pattern widths ranging from 0.125” to 0.5”.

	FCS300  Spray Valve The FCS300 Spray Valve provides a repeatable, concentrated coating film in pattern widths ranging from 0.25” to over 2”. The atomized spray process resulting from the FCS300 will produce conical (round cap) or fan-shaped (flat cap) patterns with transfer efficiencies in excess of 99%.

	FCM100  Non-Contact Micro Dispensing Valve The FCM100 is ideal for any low viscosity underfill, encapsulant, conformal coating, and micro dot or bead dispensing project.

	FCM200  Non-Contact Micro Dispensing Valve The FCM200 Micro Dispensing Valve features reduced flow path volume and enhanced actuation for cleaner line breaks. The FCM200 is suitable for streaming lines or dispensing dots of low to moderate viscosity underfill, encapsulants, conformal coatings, and lubricants.
