    Responsibilities

    • Reads and interprets electrical and mechanical schematics to assemble components.

    The CNC Machinist is responsible for machining the parts sold by Precision Valve Automation – PVA. This position ensures the product is created according to specifications based on instructions and job tracker. Hours for this position are 7:00 am – 3:30 pm, 5 days/week or 6:00 am – 4:30 pm, 4 days/week (weekdays only). This position requires onsite presence in Halfmoon, NY.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates parts and follows procedures and instructions to meet customer expectations.
    • Reads and interprets mechanical schematics to ensure accuracy.
    • Sets up tooling equipment, loads parts, reviews programming steps, and ensures adherence to quality standards and specifications.
    • Responsible for performing first piece inspections on machined parts.

Work 36 hours, get paid for 40! Salary will be commensurate with experience.

    The Systems Programmer writes code that operates and enables the manufacturing robotics sold by Precision Valve Automation – PVA.     Responsibilities

  • Inventory/Receiving Team Member

    The Inventory/Receiving Team Member is responsible for receiving, stocking, maintaining, and inventorying parts used to build machinery for Precision Valve & Automation – PVA. This position ensures parts are correct and available when needed for production. This position requires onsite presence in Halfmoon, NY.

    Responsibilities

    • Receives/distribute materials, products, parts, and supplies to customers or coworkers, based on information from incoming requisitions.
    • Ensures invoices for pricing and quantity match shipping manifest.
    • Ensures boxes and product meet quality specifications.
    • Notates damages on bill of lading at time of receipt.
    • Assures “just in time” parts are received by noon.
    • Receive and ensure parts are identified correctly and placed in the correct location/bin.

    The Production Scheduler – Fabrication Shop is responsible for processing and scheduling the parts for manufacture sold by Precision Valve & Automation – PVA. This position ensures the product is created on time according to specification based on instructions and job tracker which ultimately impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company. This position requires onsite presence in Halfmoon, NY.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates fabrication shop traveler packets to release to the floor for manufacturing.
    • Keeps a weekly running schedule for the brake press.
    • Organizes sheet metal carts to match weekly schedule and puts them in the appropriate location.
    • Stacks and stores completed parts per machine job until the kit is complete.
    • Helps manage raw materials for the Fab Shop.
    • Works with Group Managers to ensure parts are on schedule with the assembly process.
    • Works with Engineering to maximize manufacturing process.
    • Identifies part orders that can be replaced by stock parts.
