  • ERP Business Systems Analyst

    The ERP Business Systems Analyst oversees information systems. This position is critical to PVA; the ERP Business Systems Analyst analyzes business needs and recommends and develops information system solutions to solve business problems.

    Responsibilities

    • Gathers, documents and analyzes business needs and problems.
    • Designs, develops and modifies business systems and automation solutions.
    • Drives project selection and tracks and documents successes, KPI’s, wins/losses based on business priorities.
    • Trains new and existing end-users in information systems, ERP and business processes.
    • Partners with team to develop content and delivery to introduce business technology solutions and features, monthly.
    • Oversees and implements ERP system enhancements to achieve maximum integration, coordination and information flow between departments.
    • Develops embedded Epicor (ERP) solutions that encourage and enforce best practice compliance.
    • Defines, delivers, and supports strategic plans by implementing information technologies to maintain organizational effectiveness and efficiency.
    • Troubleshoots escalated Epicor issues, daily.
    • Integrates third-party software to our ERP ecosystem, as needed.
    • Oversees, implements, and develops timelines for new solution implementations.
    • Researches, analyzes and introduces new technology systems to provide business value.
    • Provides technology, digital strategy, and guidance to the IT team in areas such as cloud computing capabilities, Internet of Things (IoT), Robotic Process Automation (RPA), and other emerging technologies.
    • Maintains confidentiality of customer and employee information 100% of the time.
    • Creates and delivers updates and presentations to the management team, quarterly.

  • Systems Administrator

    The Systems Administrator ensures all physical and virtual systems are optimized for business performance with little to zero downtime. This position is critical to PVA; the Systems Administrator supports users, infrastructure design, deployment, security, and systems which impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Provides tier two/three technical support and guidance for end-users and backend use.
    • Installs, monitors, and supports end-user hardware, software, and virtual server environment.
    • Configures systems to ensure consistent operations to support processes and ensure business objectives are met.
    • Installs updates, upgrades, patches, and hotfixes.
    • Maintains internal end user and technical support knowledge base.
    • Provides Microsoft Exchange 365 email configuration and maintenance to corporate, and locations.
    • Assists with Active Directory configuration, maintenance, and administration.
    • Assists with setup and execution of new technology systems.
    • Assists in the rollout of new company programs, policies and procedures as needed.
    • Assists with laptop/desktop workstation deployment and upgrades.
    • Assists with Mobile Device Management system implementation and development.
    • Assists with setup, configuration, and support of internal and/or external networks.
    • Assists with development, implementation, and maintenance of policies, procedures, and associated plans related to IT.
    • Assists with implementation of disaster recovery, back-up procedures, and physical and information security to ensure company assets are preserved.

    • ERP technology certification experience and CCNA, preferred.

  • Assembly Technician

    The Assembly Technician is responsible for manufacturing the systems and products sold by PVA. This position ensures that product is assembled correctly and shipped on time.

    Responsibilities

    • Reads and interprets electrical and mechanical schematics to assemble components.
    • Uses a volt meter and hand tools.
    • Cable assembly and cable integration into motion platform.
    • Ensures department meets weekly average shipment targets.
    • Ensures that goals and expectations are met, and product is being developed on schedule.
    • Ensures equipment is in optimum working order and brings issues to supervisors’ attention within one hour when aware of machine interruption.
    • Maintains confidentiality of customer information 100% of the time.
    • Forms strong working relationships within team and treats each other with respect.
    • Corresponds with departments, and team through face-to-face meetings.

  • CAD Designer/Drafter

    The CAD Designer/Drafter is responsible for creating CAD drawings to create the systems and products sold by Precision Valve Automation – PVA. This position creates the drawings used for building and detailing the machinery correctly, and within customer requirements, budget, and timeframe which ultimately impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company.

    Responsibilities

    • Creates electronic files, assembly documents, pneumatic schematics, fluid diagrams, frame assemblies, and detailed part drawings for print, machining, or other manufacturing operations within specified book date.
    • Partners with purchasing, inventory, and machine/fabrication shops to order parts for on time delivery and part parameter accuracy.
    • Generates engineering best drawing practices to ensure consistency.
    • Organizes CAD design models on the basic machinery.
    • Reviews naming convention to ensure consistency.
    • Cross checks team designs and drawings for each machine build.
    • Helps to create templates to impact documentation efficiency and accuracy.
    • Designs parts, as needed.
    • Helps develop drawings, diagrams, and schematics for patent application, as needed.
    • Maintains confidentiality of customer information 100% of the time.
