  • Global Sales Manager

    PVA is adding to our Sales team! The Global Sales Manager is responsible for leading the internal and external sales efforts for Precision Valve Automation – PVA. This position sets strategy and directs sales efforts which ultimately impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company. Hours for this role are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm Monday-Friday. Starting pay is $150,000 – $250,000 annual base plus commission. On-site presence in Halfmoon, NY preferred. Travel required. Off-site employee expected to travel to PVA Global Headquarters for periodic training and meetings.

    • Creates sales strategy and budget for the year.
    • Develops and maintains relationships with key customers.
    • Monitors the competitive landscape, identifies customer preferences and potential products to be developed.
    • Manages quotas, territories, and performance of regional sales managers.
    • Oversees channel partners and manufacturers representatives.
    • Reviews and analyzes sales and operational records and reports; uses data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.
    • Reviews quotes, contracts, and sales agreements.
    • Corresponds with customers and potential strategic buyers to understand needs and communicate company capabilities and deliverables.
    • Attends regional and global trade shows.
    • Partners with technical experts and creates white papers.
    • Negotiates all global contracts and agreements.
    • Coordinates international offices (Europe, Asia, Mexico).
    • Maintains confidentiality of customer information, 100% of the time.

    • Minimum ten (10)+ years of sales and marketing experience, required.
    • Minimum ten (10)+ years of automation and manufacturing experience, required.
    • Minimum ten (10)+ years of leadership experience, required.
    • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing, required.
    • Heavy travel to customer sites, required.
