Sigma is a portable, affordable benchtop robot designed to automate your dispensing and coating processes. Sigma features an enclosed work area with a flexible jig plate mounting fixture and up to two mounted applicators. A dedicated WiFi network embedded in the robot permits remote programming while the unit remains in production.
The MR1, displayed in a Delta 8, is a versatile servo-controlled piston dispenser for processing abrasive single component gels and pastes requiring a high level of dosing accuracy. Utilizing a single piston system, the MR1 can process single-part materials of up to 1 million cps.
Experts from PVA will be on hand to answer questions about coating and dispensing, as well as other application solutions in the PVA line-up such as coating inspection, optical bonding and curing ovens.
