The PVA-SDC is a material supply system for optical bonding applications. Available in both 1k and 2k options, the PVA-SDC has dedicated supply tanks for each material which, in turn, feed two degas tanks. All supply tanks are conveniently located outside of the fluid cabinet to allow for refilling while the system is in use.

PVA-SDC has many additional integrated features including:

Degas tanks with low level sensors and auto cross over
HMI touchscreen for easy user operation

Optical Bonding

The process of applying an optically clear liquid to a digital display, such as LCD or plasma, to bond a cover glass and/or touch sensor to eliminate the air gap between each layer. This provides improved image clarity, especially in outdoor or bright light environments, improved resistance to shock and vibration, and additional protection against dust and moisture.
