Job Description: The Electrical Assembly Technician is responsible for wiring various manufacturing robotics per instructions and guide books. This position ensures that product is assembled correctly and shipped on time. There are many opportunities for growth and advancement!

Job Details:

  • 7:00 am – 3:30 pm Monday-Friday (1st shift)
  • Starting pay $16.00 – $22.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Onsite in Halfmoon, NY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Reads and interprets electrical drawings and schematics for their value stream.
  • Builds wire kits, cables, assemblies, panels and enclosures and integrates machines following procedure and instructions to meet customer expectations.
  • Ensure electrical safety is observed and practiced and proper PPE worn, 100% of the time.
  • Ensures that goals and expectations are met, and product is being developed on schedule.
  • Ensures equipment is in optimum working order and brings issues to supervisors’ attention within one hour when aware of machine interruption.
  • Maintains confidentiality of customer information, 100% of the time.
  • Keeps a neat and organized work station for safety and efficiency, 100% of the time
  • Forms strong working relationships within team and treats each other with respect.
  • Corresponds with departments, and team through face-to-face meetings.

Job Description: The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting and maintaining the sales systems, processes, and data for PVA. This position ensures records are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer and business requirements which ultimately impacts the revenue and long-term profitability of the company.

Job Details:

  • 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Monday-Friday
  • Starting pay $24.00 – $32.00 per hour
  • Onsite in Halfmoon, NY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Salesforce (CRM) administration, including maintaining clean and accurate records and managing opportunities.
  • Review all incoming machine orders, identify and correct errors prior to processing.
  • Enter sales orders, process sales order changes, and apply PPA shipping charges as needed.
  • Provide Salesforce training and ongoing support.
  • Manage the master price list, including price increases, additions, and changes.
  • Maintain and manage the quote log.
  • Manage and update Word-based quote templates.
  • Manage quote templates and sales pricing within Epicor (ERP).
  • Maintain Epicor customer records, including new customers, ship-to, bill-to, and alternate bill-to records.
  • Set up sales rep accounts and workforce entries in Epicor.
  • Provide Epicor training and ongoing support.
  • Develop and pull sales and customer analytics utilizing multiple applications.
  • Create projects with defined milestones.
  • Attach sales orders to projects and create associated serial number jobs.
  • Record serial numbers in sales orders and ensure proper linkage.
  • Create and maintain project folders for documentation and tracking.
  • Pull sales reports and data for customer accounts as needed.
  • Manage NDAs and supplier forms.
  • Support onsite customer visits and tours as needed.
  • Provide account management support for key accounts as needed.
  • Maintains confidentiality of customer information 100% of the time.

Job Description: The Senior CNC Machinist, 2nd Shift is responsible for machining parts utilizing Haas CNC mills. We are seeking a talented machinist with at least 10 years of experience with knowledge of complex machines, fixturing, and advanced techniques.

Job Details:

  • 2:00 pm – 2:00 am Monday-Wednesday, 36 hour workweek, paid for 40 hours
  • Starting pay $25.00 – $35.00 per hour depending on experience
  • Onsite in Halfmoon, NY

Job Responsibilities:

  • Creates parts and follows procedures and instructions to meet customer expectations.
  • Reads and interprets mechanical schematics to ensure accuracy.
  • Sets up tooling equipment, loads parts, reviews programming steps, and ensures adherence to quality standards and specifications.
  • Makes minor adjustments to programs offsets if needed.
  • Responsible for performing first piece inspections on machined parts.
  • Maintain industrial machines, applying knowledge of mechanics, shop mathematics, metal properties, layout, and machining procedures.
  • Calculate dimensions or tolerances, using instruments such as micrometers or vernier calipers.
  • Monitor the feed and speed of machines during the machining process.
  • Expected to run more than one machine at a time.
  • Maintain a clean and neat work area.
  • Mentors entry-level machinists as needed.

Skills:
