Chris Donham
Chris Donham
An industry veteran with over 30 years in the electronics assembly business, Chris oversees PVA’s Midwest territory which includes 22 states from Michigan south to Florida and west to Louisiana and Kansas. Previously a Sales Manager at REStronics, Chris has been with PVA for over 14 years.
Aaron Fensterer
Aaron Fensterer
Aaron manages the Mountain territory which includes Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado, Nebraska, South Dakota, Minnesota, and Alberta, Saskatchewan, and Manitoba. Previously a Systems Programmer and Project Manager for PVA, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and production experience to the role.
David Gomez
David Gomez
For over 20 years, David has been overseeing PVA’s Southern territory which includes Arizona, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Texas, and Mexico.
Shashank Prakash
Shashank Prakash
Shashank manages PVA’s Western territory which includes Washington, Oregon, California, Nevada, and British Columbia. He adds a diverse background with a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and a master’s degree in international business to PVA’s sales team. In his spare time, Shashank enjoys volunteering as an assistant coach for a local youth soccer team as well as many outdoor activities including biking, hiking (rain or shine), and skiing.
Katie Sharpley
Katie Sharpley
Based out of PVA’s global headquarters, Katie has over 10 years’ experience in managing the Northeast territory consisting of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, Maine, Quebec, and Ontario. Her background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending her spare time with her husband and two children.

Paul Kim
Paul Kim
Paul has over 10 years of experience managing all Asia Pacific operations, excluding China, for PVA. With a background that includes a degree in general management from Michigan State University, service in the South Korean Military’s Air Force Military Police, and sales manager of America for YJ LINK, Paul brings a unique blend of international experience to PVA’s sales team. In his spare time, he enjoys going to waterparks or on camping trips with his wife and two children.
Frank Peng
Frank Peng
Currently the Regional Sales Manager and general manager of all China operations, Frank originally joined PVA almost 20 years ago as a Technical Support Manager. His background includes a Master of Business Administration from Nankai University and a bachelor’s degree in Semiconductor Physics and Devices from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China. In his spare time, he enjoys hiking, various sports, and traveling with his family.
Pieter Van Der Vorst
Pieter Van Der Vorst
Pieter is based in the Netherlands and has been overseeing all European operations for PVA for over 10 years. In total, he brings almost 40 years of industry experience to the sales team.
