PVA Showcases Scalable Delta 8 Automation for Coating, Underfill, and TIM Applications at productronica China 2026

Halfmoon, NY – February 2026 – PVA, a global supplier of automated dispensing and coating equipment, will exhibit at productronica China 2026, held March 25–27, 2026, at the Shanghai New International Expo Centre (SNIEC). Co-exhibiting with Shenzhen Xetar Technology Co., Ltd., PVA will demonstrate advanced dispensing and coating solutions in Booth W1.1316, with a focus on Delta 8 automation platforms and valve technology.

PVA will present multiple configurations of its Delta 8 automation platform, including systems dedicated to conformal coating, underfill dispensing, and two-component thermal interface material (TIM) applications. Designed as a modular, high-precision platform, the Delta 8 supports a wide range of materials, viscosities, and dispense profiles, making it well suited for complex assemblies and evolving production requirements.

The Delta 8 features a rigid overhead three-axis motion system engineered for stability, accuracy, and repeatability in demanding manufacturing environments. Combined with closed-loop process control, precision fluid delivery, and advanced motion coordination, the system enables tight control over deposit placement, volume, and consistency. This level of control is especially critical for applications such as selective conformal coating, void-free underfill, and high-performance TIM dispensing in electronics, e-mobility, and battery manufacturing.

Supporting a broad range of dispense technologies, the Delta 8 integrates with PVA’s valve portfolio, allowing manufacturers to configure the system for meter-mix, jetting, spray, bead, or film applications as process requirements change. The platform’s scalable design allows manufacturers to standardize on a single automation architecture while adapting to new materials, products, and production volumes.

Also featured in the booth will be PVA’s Valve Kiosk, an interactive display showcasing 18 valves from PVA’s extensive valve lineup. The kiosk provides hands-on access to removable valves and detailed technical insights through three 15.6-inch touchscreen interfaces, including valve operation, internal construction with X-ray views, dispense patterns, and application examples. Visitors can explore solutions by industry, application, or valve type, making it easier to identify the optimal dispensing technology for conformal coating, underfill, TIM, jetting, potting, and gasketing applications.
