Stainless Steel Two-Part Dispense Valve

The PCC250 is ideal for two-part bead, dot, potting or encapsulation project. The PCC250 can be integrated with a PVA automated meter mix process or used in a handheld operation.

Tungsten carbide sealing components provide extended life in abrasive applications. The PCC250 is compatible with standard bell inlet disposable static mixers.

The PCC250 has many benefits and features including:

  • Single piston design, reducing moving parts and components
  • Stainless steel fluid body for superior material compatibility
  • Separate material paths prevent mixing prior to leaving valve body

A thermal interface material (“TIM”) fills gaps between mating surfaces with a substance that improves thermal conductivity beyond the air that would have otherwise filled that gap. The TIM acts as a conductive bridge that greatly improves heat transfer between between a heat-generating device (e.g. an integrated circuit) and a heat-dissipating device (e.g. a heat sink).
