Gear Pump Fluid Pressure Control System

PVA’s GPCC provides consistent fluid pressure and volume of coating to the valve. By traveling through a one-way check valve, the flow of material back into the cartridge or tank is prevented.

The GPCC has many additional integrated features including:

  • Optional heated system for viscosity control is available (PVA-GPCC-H)
  • Little to no air pressure required on the reservoir
  • Reduces/eliminates the risk of air bubbles in
    coatings

The application of a protective film or layer of liquid onto a PCB, either in selected areas or over the entire assembly. Conformal coatings are applied using an array of technologies such as atomized spray, airless film, needle dispense and jetting.
