PVA Portal

PVA Portal is the main Windows-based user interface that allows the operator to control and interact with PVA automated robots. Portal is versatile enough to satisfy all dispensing operations including dot, bead, and spray coating applications.

Portal allows the operator to set the mode the workcell is operating in, monitor each system of the workcell, and to select different PathMaster® routines. Users can access machine status and error messages in both the program window and via the workcell’s light tower.

Portal is standard with any PVA coating and dispensing system and has many integrated features including:

  • Language support buttons in English, Spanish, French, German and Mandarin
  • Access for up to 30 saved programs at one time via the motion controller
  • Ability to create multiple user accounts with varying permission levels
  • DataView application for data logging
