Servo Precision Gear Pump
PVA’s SGP Servo Precision Gear Pump is the premier choice for unfilled or lightly filled fluid dispensing applications. PVA’s gear pump technology offers near 100% volumetric efficiency, making it the ideal metering device for precise dispensing in a wide variety of shot volumes and flow rates.
The SGP system can be used in single component or two component meter-mix applications. Each pump is constructed with tool steel, with alternative pump material options available. Coupled with PVA’s Endurance control system, an SGP process offers a widely versatile dispensing platform.
Via a menu driven HMI, the closed loop servo drives enable the programming of several functions including shot size, mix ratio, flow rate, pressure control, and auto purge.
